Tiramisu
Genoise sponge:
3 1/2 ounces (110 grams) caster sugar
4 eggs
1 3/4 ounces (50 grams) melted butter
3 ounces (85 grams) plain flour
1-ounce (30 grams) good-quality cocoa powder
Filling:
1 pound 1-ounce (500 grams) mascarpone
2 1/2 ounces (70 grams) caster sugar
2 egg yolks*
3.5 fluid ounces (100 milliliters) Vin Santo
4 to 5 shots espresso coffee
Tia Maria liqueur
3 1/2 ounces (110 grams) good-quality white chocolate, melted
Cocoa powder, for dusting
1 bar good-quality dark chocolate, for shavings
First make the sponge. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C /gas 4).
Whisk the sugar and eggs until they are at ribbon stage. Fold in the melted butter, then fold in the sifted flour and cocoa. Pour the mixture into a lined Swiss roll tin and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove the sponge from the oven when it is done and leave to cool.
To make the filling, put the mascarpone, sugar, egg yolks, and Vin Santo into a bowl and mix until smooth.
To assemble the tiramisu, break up the sponge and press it into the bottom of a shallow dish. Drizzle over the coffee, Tia Maria, and white chocolate. Spoon over the mascarpone filling, then dust liberally with cocoa. Using a large knife, scrape the chocolate towards you to make shavings and arrange these delicately over the top.

Toll House Chocolate Chip cookies. Follow the recipe on the bag.
No-bake cheesecake:
1 graham crust.
1 jar (13 oz) Nutella
2 bricks of softened cream cheese.
Combine nutella with cream cheese with a mixer...pour into crust and chill.
Strawberries dipped in white or milk chocolate...with champagne.
Oreos dipped in chocolate.
You could also do a fruit fondue. Arrange on a platter: bowls of prepared ice cream toppings in different flavors: chocolate, caramel, etc. Surround it with chunks of apple, banana, store bought pound cake in cubes, strawberries, pineapple...and eat it with toothpicks.
These are all really easy. I'm not making assumptions about your skill but if you aren't a whiz, you can manage, and if you are talented in the kitchen you can get out fast and make time for your lady.

Tiramisu Toffee Dessert
This is a nice version of the popular Italian pick-me-up dessert. The toffee candy in this recipe adds a delightful crunchiness to the smooth creamy whipped cream quality of an already perfect dessert."
INGREDIENTS
1 (10.75 ounce) package frozen prepared pound cake, thawed and cut into 9 slices
3/4 cup strong brewed coffee
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 (1.4 ounce) bars chocolate covered English toffee, chopped
DIRECTIONS
Arrange cake slices on bottom of a rectangular 11x7 inch baking dish, cutting cake slices if necessary to fit the bottom of the dish. Drizzle coffee over cake.
Beat sugar, chocolate syrup, and cream cheese in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add whipping cream; beat on medium speed until light and fluffy. Spread over cake. Sprinkle with chocolate-covered toffee candy.
Spread frosting over cake. Sprinkle with toffee candy. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, but no longer than 24 hours to set dessert and blend flavors.
