i have had really bad breath for a long time, i cant smell it but the reaction people give me is obvious, and even when i dont speak i think the smell comes out from my nose. i have no idea what this is and am too embarassed to meet a doctor. please can anyone suggest what i should do?

It could be any number of things, sinus, kidneys, constipation, bad teeth, and the main reason.....dehydration. Make sure you drink water (not soda or juice) you should have 6-8 glasses a day. See if that helps. My own son gets terrible breath when he needs water. Try it!!!!

You gotta get over your embarassment and see a doctor or perhaps a dentist. This could be a symptom of a real bad problem.

It is probably a sinus infection and a bad on by the sound of it, but i could be wrong here is a web site so you can read further on the subject.

When you go to your doctor for a check-up, mention the problem to him. He may refer you to an ear/nose/throat doctor.

keep mints/altoids in ur backpack or purse. brush ur teeth after breakfast
