Is your nose and chin also oily sometimes? Some have what is referred to as your "t" zone and this is where you usually get oily skin when going through puberty and up. Use an oil- removing cleanser or pads on the oily areas. Thats should help. The discoloration is normal due to the increase in oil glands there (on your forehead) than on your cheeks. Those Biore strips & Clay masks are also good for oily areas as well.

Well, there is one of the best products for people with oily skin... that is Clean and Clear Oil Absorbing Sheets! They are the best about 5.00 dollars a pack. There are 50 in a pack. Walgreen's also has a knockoff brand for about 4.00 dollars. Your cheeks are darker because this is wear your facial muscles go to work. It is natural for people to have more color in their face than the rest of their body. I recommend Aveeno Ultra-Calming skin care line. I use the foaming cleanser and it works great they also have a daily moisturizer with SPF 15. It has a natural ingredient called feverfew which calms the skin and takes away red, blotchy spots on the face. Hope this helps!

Hmmm. Well you don't have oily skin anywhere else, huh? I think it is probably because your forehead is in you area called the T-Zone (forehead, nose, chin). That is probably why. As for the shin darkness, I have no idea.

the T zone, forehead, nose and chin are almost always
oilier than the cheeks. there are products that address
this, but basically, clean, clean clean with good soap and
water. most people need to moisturize the cheeks and
around the eyes.
good luck, it's frustrating i know.
