Here are a few ideas:
1. Does your school have a school newspaper? Put an ad in the school newspaper asking her to the prom.
2. Valentine's Day is coming up, maybe get her a box of chocolate and put a note in it asking her to prom.
3. Are there any other school dances coming up? If so, see if you can get the DJ to say
4. DO you know her class schedule? Maybe you can talk to the teacher of one of her classes. Ask him//her if you can right largely on the blackboard asking this girl to the prom.
All these ideas would win over any girls heart. So even if she says no, there's plenty of other girls who will be nuts over how much thought you put into asking the other girl to prom.

If u have money then a plane in the air that spells the words, WILL U GO TO THE PROM WITH ME.If you don't then u need to take her to your place where u first met.And ask her there.Or go down in your basement at lunch time with a blanket on the floor and a lunch on the blanket.Like a indoor picnic.Then ask her after lunch.Good luck

get a flower [[preferably her favorite flower but if you dont know what it is get a rose]] and write a note asking her if shell go to prom with you. walk up behind her while shes sitting down. and make sure the note is small enough to fit into the flower and place the flower upside down on the table/desk/whatever in front of her.. so when she picks up the flower the note will fall out. and have her read it.

I once had a guy come to my state gymnastics meet, and after I took first asked me to prom in front of like 1,000 people.
Most would think it was embarassing, but I thought it was sweet. I didn't say yes then b/c I love to tease guys. He then filled my locker with flower petals, and gave me a flower with a note asking.
I fell for him, and said yes.

Go up to her and pull her aside on valentines day and ask her to the prom and give her a single rose or something!!!!!!!!! That is very romantic!!!!!!!!!!!!! =)

have her arrested.. then have her taken to the jailhouse so she thinks she's getting booked, finger-print her and then when they go to take the polaroid picture with her holding the sign in front of her chest as she's got tears streaming down her face you jump out with the camera, take a snapshot and then ask her....

Quickly before someone else does. If you want to spice it up send her flowers to school asking her on the card. That was always a sure bet.
