I was walking down the hall today on my way to gymnastics practice, and these four guys were sitting on the floor. The one guys said something to his friend and his friends told him that a girl like me would never even look at him. When I walked by I laughed to myself and all the guys fought over who I glanced at.
What do they mean by the whole "she would never look at you" thing??
I am rich but I don't think anyone is lower than me, so it wasn't b/c I am stuck up.
Does he like me or is it just guys screwing around??

its means your a high maintence girl. they could ask you out, but they would get refused or dumped on the first date..
its like trying to be a DH in the national league...you dont get to play on the field only bat...your playing baseball but that is it

Usually if you run in different social circles, guys will think that you wont date them. You are supposively 'better' in some way. Either by money, intelligence, or just popularity in general. Keep in mind that everyone has different circumstances in their life that may place them in a different 'league', but NO ONE is better than anyone else. If you like the guy give it a try. Good Luck!

He could like you, but if your stuck up it isnt going to work try to is if he flirts any with you. Also us guys think if the girl think shes better than other people it might be the same as this guy he might think that your going to ignore him.

out of someones league means there a step up, a notch higher. Kind of like the popular girl goin with the nerd. Basically if he does like you hes not going to make the first move because of this. If you like him and he truly believes your "out of his league" he will accept you no matter what. So if you like him just go ahead and ask him

First of all congrats on being rich..lol. I wish I could say the same sometimes.
THese guys probably know that u r rich and feel u r high maintenance because of that.
They have to know a person on the inside first before they judge them. If u r truly a good person, then its definitely them judging u from the outside.
And yes, I think they may like u.

well it sounds like they thought you were really hot you no guys how they are. And what they ment was like someone as cute as you would never even look at a guy like him but you did so thats what he ment by that

Its because you are rich they think you are unreachable or maybe its the school rich people go to different schools.

he means ur just another steriotype like girl. rich and wants the best. but i also want the best. i dont want to be poor when i grow up so theyre just dumb. u should of kicked them in the head and kept on walking.
