This was the question:
"Why have the gays been allowed to develop such an attitude ? how would GOD deal with these society wreckers ?"

A Christian answer was :

"god gave us free will so that we could have the choice to worship him. that includes the sinners and those that reject the church. i think that the first gays were non christian. and they influenced or "converted" them, and i guess it just spread from there. i dont know but i think that they become gay for attention- or maybe it was lack of attention from the oppisite sex that drove them like the way they are now. it has been proven that it is nothing genetic. so if they choose to be gay, and dont ask for forgvness- i think that they go to hell "

Ya think? Never ceases to amaze me how easily one person can disregard another life entirely, as if it were nothing. And then hide behind a Religion to justify it. Never ceases to make me ill, either.

People dont like the idea of Christianity because that would involve becoming personally responsible for every action in your life. Most people are not willing to part with their past, and even more so, unwilling to see what lies in wait in the future. When being held accountable for your own descisions becomes an issue, that is when Christians are attacked for their beliefs. It seems humorous to me knowing that the individual quoted in the header paragraph is being depicted as a hateful, judging person for saying homosexuals will go to hell for their beliefs.
But the author of this forum is obviously judging her in the same light for her beliefs on Christianity.
Point: You cant talk out of both sides of your mouth, and still sound intelligent.

In viewing/answering questions I have come across many who are non-believers, some are wishy washy about God and others are so curious they dog the Christians...
Its just a mixture of people on here and I think some are actually trolling when it comes to believing in God..
I have found, if you will, some cursing God but I chalk that up to ignorance and their self struggle. They would like to believe but are very confused about Jesus and I know in my heart some have had the seed planted by some faithful workers of God. I continue to pray for those who are very bitter and Bible illiterate.
Blessings to you~

Because people who are christians are judgemental useing the bible as there law book.I am spiritual and God tells me all i need to know one to one and that is good for me.His message is loving and non-judgemental and fair.I do not compete to be better than anyone and i am not.We need to accept each other for who we are and enjoy differences as special and great. We need no clones

This was one persons opinion and you bash the whole religion for that! I never want to be an atheist again as you must represent every single one and are judgemental *rolls eyes*

Just because you disagree doesn't mean it's not a valid opinion.

The problem with people who say they are Christian is that they judge everyone else who doesn't believe what they believe. Jesus, God both say to LOVE people not to hate people, if you interpret any line from the bible as meaning to hate someone or hurt someone you are interpreting it wrong. Only God can judge so leave it to HIM/HER

Well we are to respect and love gay people and try to help them and in no way treat them disrespectfully. It is also important to realize that God wants them to work through their immorall behavior and realize man was made for woman and woman for man. I accept them as people but do not accept their lifestyle or gay marriage.

Actually, I'm not s Christian because I'm just not. Not everyone is and it's not the one and only way to be in this world.

I am not Christian based on the religion. But I don't like what Christianity does to weak/small-minded people either.

No, they aren't the reason. They're just the icing on the cake. The kind of people you dodge at work when someone starts talking religion.
