You should be able to do it by copying and pasting it in, or typing it using the full 'http://' prefix.

Regards A.

Additional:

You asked for more detail, so here goes. From the sound of you question update, you sound very new to this, so I'll try to keep it as simple as possible for you.

Like I said earlier you can do this two ways.

Copy & Paste:

1. Open the page that you want to link to in a second window or tab (the question you are typing will be in the first).

2. Click on the website address with your mouse pointer and use the 'alt a' key stroke to highlight the full address.

3. Once the address you want to copy is highlighted, you can use the 'alt c' keystroke to copy it.

4. Now that the address has been copied, you can paste it into any part of of the question you are typing using the 'alt v' keystroke.

5. Finish your question as normal and post it. It should now contain a working link to your desired website.

Typing The Address:

This is a pretty straight forward way of adding an address link. For example, if you wanted to link to the Yahoo homepage you would type the full address as follows:

http://www.yahoo.com

As you can see, by typing this here, I have created a link the same way that you would if you were to use this method.

I hope that this has answered your question

Regards A.
