There are 6083 restaurants in NYC w/ 71 specializing in chicken
but not one goes by Chicken & Rice.

53rd street and 6th avenue. But it's only open from 7pm-4am. There is another stand there during the day, but it has nothing to do with the original chicken and rice that people wait hours in line for.
