The Way of the Warrior, which should evolve into the Spiritual or Peaceful Warrior.
Teaches that society does not allow us to express honest emotion. Anger is an
honest emotion. But people fear they might get hurt, and immediately tell us,
"You can't act like that!"
Then we hold it in and it eats us up inside. Because of this training, many cannot properly, and maturely express their feelings. They wait until they get real angry and then blow up! And usually over some petty thing. And then as they say, "Only hurt the ones we Love."
Learn to express, and let others express, honest emotion.

The Bible says more than once that in your anger, you should not sin. That is recognition of how God made us as emotional beings.

its wonderful to express your honest emotions... its when they take over reasoning is when its a problem. we as people need to learn how to control ourselves... its one of the things that makes us civilized.

you say in you question that if you bottle it up it eats you inside... there no need to do that.. you can express your anger without punching the next guy. we have the power of voice.. expression.. we need to learn how to use it and not our physical power.

Any immature 5 year old can express his emotions when hurt or offended.

The mature adults in civilized societies teach their children how to grow up and have control of their emotions in a sane level-headed manner.

This is how uncivilized people teach their children.
