This will help if you are handy with a sewing machine or know someone who can do the work for you. Sew in seams along the edges of the bedspread where it goes to the end and the sides of the mattress. If you can sew in welt into the top of the spread at the same seams to box it up. Press the seams on the backside so that they turn to one side and you could also fix the whole problem without all the seaming by sewing in some weights to the hem of the spread like curtains have. You can use simple household washers and pull out the hem just enough to insert the washers and tack them down with a needle and thread and close the hem back up.

satin bedspreads are pretty but a pain in the u know what. I would just use it 4 decor and not sleeping with it will also keep longer.
