alright, all the girls in school are starting to talk about prom and its got me thinking about how im going to ask someone. i want to be creative and do something fun that the girl will remember, not just the boring "will you go to prom with me" deal. if anyone has any experiences or ideas on fun, creative, nice ways of asking it would help me out. thanks.

okay, fist of all i know what you mean. i had a friend just like you and if you listen to me, you'll see that everything will be just fine. first of all, pick someone close to you someone who you get along with. preferably someone you might have a crush on, it makes it more interesting. Then ask her, have confidence, no girl likes guys who are not confident. but don't be conceded either. and when you ask her give her something to show her that you really like her, all girls like to get showered with gifts. then it;s all up to you buddy you have to make the first move in order for me to help you with the rest. got it, now make me proud, hahah good luck

OOH!! ever seen Fall Out Boy's video, "Dance, Dance" ? well, the guy at the beginning of the video, he throws rocks at the girl's window, and the girl looks down and in big, orange letters it says
"Homecoming?" i think it is made by some light bulb effects. not sure. maybe take some Christmas lights, and then light it up that way. that is VERY romantic, and sweet. I would be in love with a guy right away if he did that for me! If you've never seen the video, here watch the VERY begining closely.

what about a scavenger hunt? or put a note in her email w/a poem or top 10 about what you like about her and how going to the prom is the #1 reason you like her...like and the #1 reason why I like you is how proud you'd be to have her as your prom date... or.... maybe roses w/a note? the one thing you SHOULDN'T DO!! is get the rumor mill going around the school that you want to ask her and she's already clued in and waiting for you to ask her will be 'boring and uneventful' .... good luck!

I agree not to do anything public. She may feel like she has to say yes, or she may be embarassed...not everyone likes being the center of attention. You could always leave secret admirer notes in her locker and start a scavenger hunt or something with you at the end...

it's a good idea, but be sure the girl is going to say yes, you wouldn't want to go doing something all elaborate that gets the attention of everyone around on you and her, and what'll happen if she really doesn't want to go. or go with you?

ok here's somthing cute leave this somware she find it... give her a bunch of balloons and some RED roses (not yellow)with a note tied on saying that you want her to go with you.
