We are all psychic, but for the majority the gift or the belief has been long knocked out of them. Educated out is another way of looking at it. Many professional psychics have grown up in a psychic friendly environment. Perhaps a grand-parent or parent with the knowledge has helped bring the extra sense out in the open and encouraged its use. But there are as many practicing psychics who have not had the benefit of caring psychic guidance and who have still managed to develop and hone this natural extra sense.

It's hard to decide really. But I think all signs and not a specific one can be the best at psychic abilities. However, I think the top two are Geminis and Scorpios.
Geminis: ruled by Mercury the messenger of the gods, making them witty, intelligent, have a great gift of communication, and intuitive.
Scorpios: ruled by Pluto-supposedly the ancient god of the underworld--representing the "unconscious"

Rising sign, (outward personality), is Scorpio, which makes me more reserved.

I don't know if there is. I'm a scorpio born on the 25th of October. For the record, I am Christian and phychic. I don't turn it off and on, but I have been through many things that caused me to be incapable of denying the spirit that I think we all have in us. When I gave myself to God through Jesus Christ, the matter was further obviated. I think that's really cool.

Some of the spiritual battles that I have gone through were yough and reminded me of how weak I am without Him. He did not allow them to harm me, though they were attempting to twist the scripture that flowed through my mouth. They attempt to confuse people. But because God was the one I trusted, He took them away as if there was a wall of separation. They simply were no longer there.

Now that I've convinced you that I am a paranoid schizophrenic, (lol) I can say that my psychic experiences are not secluded to demonic attacks. Just thought you might find that story interesting. ( :
