A lawyer will tell you what type of corporation you should file. Of course this would be non profit but he can help with that also. You can also contact Small business administration and also S.C.O.R.E. both organization will assist you in getting started. You can search in your local phone book or on the internet. Good look.

i am vijay.i am gonna start a project to help the unemployed youth of rural areas and help the poor get decent jobs.its more efficient than making donations.all are invited.remember you can change lives of thousands.no money needed.just u have to help me collect a database.thats all.i need people all over world.u can help me just by joining me and making use of your leisure time to collect some datas.do reply me.vijay_nytc@yahoo.com
