I have been dealing with my mouth for years. I had an infected tooth for over a year. I am phobic of the dentist. I finally got the courage to go and I did and had to have a root canal. Here I am 3 months later and there is still a problem. The dentist isn't sure yet what. Xrays look ok but my two teeth that are both root canals side by side are both still very sensitive. I cannot afford oral surgery at this point because of these root canals. I am about to fall into depression over this. I will be forced to pull one or both if they do not heal. I am asking for anyone who can pray to please pray that God send healing to my mouth. If there is any infection going on, or fracture, he is the only one that can help or I will loose the tooth/teeth which are front teeth. Please, if anyone can pray that my mouth heal with God's powers, please help. Of course I appreciate it more than you will ever know. Thank you and god bless.

I want to thank all of you who have sent your prayers. I also want to say to those of you who do not believe...do not respond then. Your not believing is your opinion and I asked for prayer...not opinions. I pray that you find god because one day, you will see that you need him...I just hope not at the end. And, for those of you who said that I need proper medical help... I am going to the dentist tomorrow again and in March again...I am seeking medical help. I pray you find god.

DEAR LISA B,
I tried to write you an email but you do not allow so I hope this works. You asked about the kind of pain I was having. I really do not have any pain like throbbing, or sharp pains...nothing like that. I just can't bite down on those two teeth and they are still tap sensitive. That is the extent of my pain. Thank you again Lisa....very kind of you. What do you think?

I'm not a believer so sorry for the no prayers..
But for some active advice... I recently had my first root canal and am very dental phobic so I can relate. Luckily mine felt SO much better after it, aside from being sore for the next week.
I have read that it is possible for a tooth to have an extra nerve that may get missed. And leave teeth sensitive. I've only read about it, but couldn't hurt to look into it. Hope you are feeling better soon! : )
P.S. Also make sure there is no abscess in there! They are awful! (Often the general pink antibiotic medicine can be given for it.)
If the root canal was successful, you should not be feeling much of anything in those teeth. Even if fractured. Sensitivity is likely the remainder of a nerve in them if the problem is the teeth themselves.

I totally am where you are. I have been having almost unbearable pain in my mouth for months. The xrays dont show any absess, but they say I need oral surgery to remove all wisdom teeth. I cant afford it yet. So I live in that pain you describe. I am also phobic of dentists really bad! I feel depressed over it, but I do believe God is able to heal when the doctors cant or you cant afford it. I am definitely praying for you sweety. Know that you arent alone!

Hi, I work in an endodontic (root canal) office. If your teeth do have any type of infection your dentist if he/she is competent will be able to see this @ the tip of your root. Also make sure the root canals were filled to the tip of the canal. If not residual bacteria can cause some major discomfort. If you have fractured you tooth you may be able to see this by x-ray or through your dentist probing the gum around them. What kind of discomfort are you having? Is it sharp...lingers or goes away tight away. does it hurt more when you lay down? all these questions can give you an answer. ALSO are these teeth upper OR lower? if they are upper teeth you may be looking at sinus issues..since the root tips of your teeth may extend into your sinus. Please let me know :) thanks

Father,
I am lifting up Angelina to You and asking You to lay Your healing hands upon her so her teeth are as they should be, freeing her from pain and the sensitivity of them. I am not asking for what Angelina desire or my desire, but I am asking for Your desire and will for her.
praise You and thank You for not only hearing our prayer, but for what ever answer you may have for her. Fill her heart with peace, comfort and the love that can only come from You, as You work things out in her life, according to Your perfect will.
Only You know why she must be going though this discomfort, and I am asking that it be used for Your glory as it draws her closer to Your healing hand, and I thank You for this blessing. In the precious name of Jesus, amen.
