depends on your hair type. My is thin fine and curly. I like paul mitchell's heat defense. It's not greasy or heavy. My friend with thin but processed hair loves Ion's heat protector (found at sally's or other beauty suppier). It has a little more oil to it, so if you have dry or chemically treated hair you might like this one. Got 2b's heat protector was ok, but weighed my hair down. I hope this helps.
