Why didn't you think of this BEFORE she got pregnant??If you had been responsible you would have had her spayed---and YES, she could die and you can blame yourself.

It is absolutely possible that your dog can die when giving birth, yes. Dogs, like people, can hemorrhage (bleed) during birth and die from the blood loss / shock.
If she is just showing signs of being pregnant, please take her to your vet right away. If she is not too far along already, your vet will be able to spay her and terminate the pregnancy at the same time, so she will not have the puppies and you will not have to worry about her having puppies again.
If you want to see the pregnancy through, also go to your vet. Your dog will require veterinary care throughout her pregnancy, from making sure that she is healthy, to special supplements, etc. You may also need to take her to the vet for the birth, especially if your vet thinks there may be complications. Your vet clinic is equipped to handle complications and stop bleeding, or get the pups out through a C-section.

Not necessarily, but you should take her to a vet if you're concerned. If she is pregnant, have her neutered after she delivers. If she isn't, have it done soon. It's the responsible thing that every pet owner should do - there are millions of stray animals in this country, and too many live a short and miserable life.

many vets will do a spay abort! this sounds like an unplanned pregnancy, get a spay/abort if you can. that way no more unwanted puppies will be brought into the world and you won't have to worry about the toll giving birth will take on your MUCH too young girl!

Of course not unless the puppies die inside of her or she looses to much blood but you wont have to worry about that if you get her spayed right away

there could be complications, take her to your vet and find out if she is really pregnant or not and go from there.
