Place the flounder in a large freezer bag and pour 1 cup of the marinade over it. Seal and shake around to coat the flounder with the marinade. Place in fridge to marinate at least 4 hours.

Place in baking dish and bake in 350 degree F oven for 25 minutes.

It would also be good to marinate some asparagus spears in the Lemon Pepper marinade in a separate freezer bag and roast them in the oven to serve on the side.

Any marinade that works well with chicken would work well with flounder. The Lemon Pepper marinade should be fine with the flounder.

The lemon pepper marinade will be too strong for flounder. It would be better suited to steak or chicken. If you need to marinate a fish, it should be done only for about a minute, using a mixture of things like lemon juice, white wine, salad dressing, herbs and a bit of vegetable oil. Flounder is a light delicate fish and should not be marinated period or you will lose all of the flavor.
Better to broil (brush the top with oilve oil or melted butter, and a sprinkling of salt and pepper - maybe a bit of lemon), bake (the same, just stuff some cooked chopped spinach with onions in the center for variety) or fry (soak in milk for a minute, then coat it with a flour/salt/pepper mix).

It should say on the back of the marinade bottle how to marinade the fish. I have never used it on fish but I have used it on chicken. What I usually do is coat the chicken fully and cover it with saran wrap. Place it in the fridge for about 30 minutes then bake until fully cooked.

Put the fish in a shallow glass dish. Pour the marinade over it. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours. Drain off the marinade and discard it. Cook the fish as usual.
I would not use a plastic bag for fish, as it is so delicate it may break apart in the bag. Laying it in a flat baking dish is better. And marinating fish overnight it probably too long, again because the flesh is delicate, and it will actually start to "cook" from the acid in the marinade.

put the fish in a water-tight bag and dump in the sauce. Let it soak all day if you can or even overnight. When it's close to chow time, broil it for a few minutes on both sides. Serve it with a rice pilaf, green beans, and a nice crisp rose'.
