Teach a man to fish and he can feed himself.
Give a man a miraculously multiplied fish and you make him dependent for life.

Would you rather be healthy your whole life and then go to hell after you die, or struggle a little bit during your human life and spend eternity in a perfect, happy place, with no hurting or sorrow? The Bible, people in the Bible, and people who believe the Bible are more concerned with souls because a soul is eternal. Our human bodies aren't.

Saving the physical body is not as important as saving the soul.
There are many people who can teach CPR, but only God can save a soul.

It does teach that. But few are listening.
Ps 91:9-16
9 If you make the Most High your dwelling--even the LORD, who is my refuge-- 10 then no harm will befall you,no disaster will come near your tent. 11 For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; 12 they will lift you up in their hands,so that you will not strike your foot against a stone. 13 You will tread upon the lion and the cobra;you will trample the great lion and the serpent.
14 "Because he loves me," says the LORD, "I will rescue him;I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. 15 He will call upon me, and I will answer him;I will be with him in trouble,I will deliver him and honor him. 16 With long life will I satisfy him and show him my salvation."

That's redeculous. When Jesus showed us how to be born again, He guaranteed us eternal life with Him for those who accept Him as their personal Savior. That is saving lives! Praise the Lord!

He did. Read the old testament where it tells you things like not using cracked pots for food. There are a ton of practical verses to live your life by in the good book.

He did. He said, "Greater things will you do."
Remember, Jesus, healed the sick, raised the dead, gave sight to the blind, etc. We will and are supposed to be doing even greater things.
