There are certain exceptions in some countries - UK being one. If a girl can reasonably be exepcted to be "of age" - for example has ID and/or in a bar, and she turns out to be OVER 15 but under 16, then there is a defence possible.
Under those circumstances, the girl would normally be asked to appear in court wearing the same clothes / makeup as no the night in question. In practice thisd happens rarely.
If the girl in question "looked of age", then if nothing else it is good mitigation to be able to demonstrate that:
a) She looked of age
b) She was in an adult environment, prohibited to minors
c) She had identification that claimed she was "of age" - as you you had not reason to assum she was both a liar AND using forged documents, you acted in good faith and "did what felt right to both sides".
Additionally, if you are now being blackmailed, in many countries, blackmail (especially sexual) is considered MORE seriously than the iriginal offence. If this is the case - and depending on where you are, it might be a good time t consult some professional legal advice.
Mark
Strange that so many people are leaping to take the moral high ground - there is a world of difference between raping a person YEARS below the age of consent and a "girl" who is a few months shy of being legal - and was more than an enthusiastic participant, having lied and decived her way into someones trust.
Sorry, life is not so black and white as some of the more judgemental folks on here seem to think.

what's to be puzzled is the flexibility of permitting those females to construct their vanity, conquer their insecurities and type supportive relationship. Can or ought to somebody be the pioneer. I even have seen you Tyra do it on your first teach (the girls camp you began interior the States) I seen in Malaysia. inspite of the certainty that it develop into not on time via months i develop into enthralled via the opportunity of having the flexibility to help the girls you meant with the aid of your individual way. and that i will say it returned: "What are the flexibility obtainable for some communities to help those females?" we are all born with a objective in this worldwide, abilities, innovations, strengths and weaknesses. The media does destructive harm to youthful impressionable minds. although, I even have observed those days that there are greater commercials and greater idols being marketed that are no longer the twiglet skinny variety. that is a superb start up yet we desire much greater variety in that element. the project with the media is they do no longer enable human beings see the certainty in basic terms the excellent product .. those so called fashions have flaws basically like everybody.

Yes. You will get in trouble even though she had a fake I.D. Sorry, there is just no way around it. However, if she can't remember you, doesn't get pregnant, etc you have nothing to worry about.

Here is the rub, bub. In every state in the US there are laws governing sexual relationships with girls under the age of majority. You are committing a crime even if is not reported and you are definitely going to jail if it is reported. The fact that she is using a fake ID is not the issue, that is the responsibility of her parents not her. She wins, you lose every time.

Okay, are we looking for an excuse to justify what you've done? Not gonna happen. First off, though its not your fault that she lied, but, what you did was still illegal. Where the hell is this girls parents?
They should get most of the blame.

YES, your aim is to try and prove that you believed she was above the age of consent, either way, it is illegal to sleep with a minor, wether you knew her age or not.

It's officially called "statutory rape" which is defined as:
Statutory rape is the crime of sex with a minor under the age of consent (AOC). Statutory rape differs from other types of rape in that overt force or threat need not be present. By law (statute), any such sexual activity is assumed to be coercive since the minor is considered in law as unable to give consent to the acts.
The fact she had a fake ID does not make it right.

There's this thing called the age of consent. Below that age, she does not have the legal right to consent to sexual activity, and you may be charged with statutory rape.
The age of consent varies by state; check your state's laws for details. However, if she's old enough to vote, she's old enough to give consent.

Ignorance of the law is no excuse. However, this may have some legs to it considering she was in a bar. If she is 18 or better then you're OK.

She's still jailbait. It's up to you to decide what your next 3-5 years are worth to you.
