i carry 2 stone too much due to food.....work hard eat rubbish get fat...calories in 2000 calories used 1800 result weight goes on its an easy equation

If the food industry would just quit making healthy food so
economically unavailable the poor fat people could eat better.
Until then there always be fat people. The price of wheat bread is higher than the carb loaded white bread. The price of lean hamburger is at least twice the cost of fatty hamburger. People on a budget will go with the lower costing food. Yes, over eating
is part of it but not the entire reason.

Im over weight, I eat a balance diet with lots of vegs, dont snack, only reason Im like this is due to the fact I cant exercise as I have severe osteoarthritis and the pain relief and steriods I have to take contribute to the cause. So please dont judge people and find them guilty until you get all the facts.

Well now, I have some loose flesh around my tummy which I have been unable to get rid off since I was pregnant. I don't have time to exercise and I don't over-eat. Is that a good excuse?

Yes, mine is caused by the fact I'm carrying it on behalf of an alien called Zob.
He asked me to keep it safe until he collected it in 2005. He's well overdue now.

Am I fat. Yes I do overeat. I eat my feelings basically. I eat when I am bored... when I am lonely... etc.

I have lot`s of things wrong with me but lack of exercise does`nt help can`t walk very far but it`s my condition.
