Speaking from past experiences, I wouldnt say anything back to him just yet. I would wait until you know for sure you feel the same way. with it only being a short time that you are together, you dont know if this will be one of those relationships that escalate fast, then end fast, and you are left with a broken heart. Really look into how much you know about him and figure out if you feel he is really the one for you before making your next move.

if you agree that no one can get to know a person in three weeks, then there is room for doubt as to the love bit, lust more than likely, love is like a house it has to be built one brick at a time. pre fabs do not stand the test of time Tell him to take it easy and take his time you are not going any where yet

you ask him to what it is that he bases this current observation on.... Where would love in three weeks be understood? I mean I fall in and out of love more often than tidal changes but I am old enough to have voted for ten presidents.

I would say that he is trying to con you. You really can't know if you love someone in just 3 weeks. It takes months. But guys know that girls like to hear it.

honey don't become like other girls girls get sooooo gullible it's not even funny women need ot be stronger and wiser ahen it comes to men and more independent....they need to stop feeling like they need a man and etc. i could go on and on but i don't have the time so i'll just answer your question.....think about it he's a GUY and he told you he loved you after only THREE weeks.....he's obviously trying to get into your pants......wut guy says i love you especially after such a short time....don't become gullible.....guys are all pervs and always will be...tell him you're not stupid

he doesn't know you well enough to love you. he might love things about you, but 3 weeks is not enough time to know someone.
I would just say 'thank you, that's very sweet' and if he asks why you aren't saying it back say 'I'm not going to tell you I love you just bc you said it to me, I'm going to wait until I actually mean it!!

Consider yourself lucky. He may have been loving you long before you started going out.
Discover your feelings about him. No body else can tell you what to do if you cant be sure about your feelings for him.
If you re mad about him, tell him,I am mad about you. If not tell him, I like you and would love to know you more.

nah! he just want to get on your pants. don't fool rush whatever he tell you, you have to wait atleast a year and half to get to know him better. and after he get what he wants to you and he will fine the way to break up with you. so be careful for a guy like that.
