I agree that unless a doctor prescribes a medically necessary diet, you should eat what is served. When the food has already been bought, prepared and served is NOT the time to complain.
Here's the deal. Go shopping with the parent who buys the food. If there is an item that they will eat and you like, ask them to buy it instead of something else.
Next, when it's mealtime, be responsible for preparing the meal and cleaning up afterward. They are not your slaves after all. Do your part.
Finally, ask them how they liked the food that you chose. Would they like to see it again or was one time enough. They paid for it after all.
The absolute answer is to get your own job and your own place to stay. Then you get total control over all of it.

Yeah it is tough having parents tell you what to do sometimes huh? I remember those days ( a long time ago)! Just hang in there and soon you will be out in this big world on your own and you will be able to make your own choices etc.. Don't let it get to you. Parents mean well some of us just forget what it was like being a teenager.Try to compromise with them. Maybe ask if you can choose the food on the weekends or something. But remember to stay calm and communicate respectively with your parents. You can catch more bees with honey! And just try to remember that most parents do things with your best interest at heart.

It cost around $ 40.00 a container. It sounds like alot , inspite of the incontrovertible fact that that's fairly well worth it. considered one of my canines had a gaggle get on him and that i positioned Frontline on him, and interior an afternoon all of them started demise. try it, you would be surprised and happy, and so will your canines! sturdy success to the two considered one of you.

Do you have a job? If so, go to the store and purchase the foods you wish to be eating.. of course you'll have to do the cooking for yourself as well, but that should be ok, right?
If you do not have a job and can not pay for your food, then it seems to me you are at the mercy of your parents.. BUMMER
Some parents really get off on be controlling.. don't ask me why.
If you do not like what they are eating, then don't eat.. They can not force you to eat.. this is a free country, exercise your constitutional rights.
Good Luck

So, get a job, move out, and create your _own_ diet. As long as your parents are paying the bill, you should abide by their rules.
ADDENDUM: You have said that you are not old enough to drive or to buy your own food. OK, you are not old enough to make those decisions for yourself either. GET OVER IT.
You said that your friends get to eat what _they_ want. GET OVER IT! At least your parents care about you as, apparently, your friend's parents do not care about them.
It's time for you to pull your head out and PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR FOLKS!
They absolutely do know what is best for a young child.

If your living in under their roof then those are the rules. Now if you get a job, buy the food then you make what you want for all of the family. If you buy you something buy something for everyone. or you can move out, which isn't good. living at home as long as you can is the best thing. and following the rules is part of it.

In your parents' defense, maybe they want you to eat healthy, or maybe it is more inexpensive for them to make only one meal for everyone rather than a meal for each person. I guess if you want to eat whatever you want, you could talk to your parents BEFORE they go shopping for dinner, or whatever, and agree on a meal everyone would like. Or, you could go shopping for your own groceries. Approach them as an adult and try to compromise. You are not the only one with a point of view in your home.

If you live with some one and they pay for everything, you take what you are given. Don't you think you are being a bit ungrateful? At least you get fed. If you want t eat something different, you buy it.
