I'm a bit shy, and so is he, but he's in classes that I'm not in, he's only in my registration, any ideas on how to get his attention because I think that he likes me but I have no ideas on how to start speaking to him..

I think it's hard to know if you really like him or if he likes you if you have not spoken to him. He could be a compleat boring idiot.
the only way of knowing for sure is to spark up conversation.
Find out somthing he's into i.e footie- what team he surports,
music -whos his fav artiist, films. You get the picture!
Then find out about these subjects, if you dont already know about them then talk to him about it. If hes interested he'll talk if not then move on to someone your more interested in!

Talk 2 him about things like what football team he supports or what kind of music he is into. you have to start talkin 2 him but be yourself around him becuz if u try and act different then u have 2 stick wiv that personality. gud luk hun

Look straight at him for one second, smile, count upto three,bite your lower lip before turning your head away. Repeat it every time you see him.
If this does not give him the courage to come and talk to you, try following :
Drop your books when he is the first one likely to help you in picking them up. When he helps you, ask him if he has this effect on every girl.

Ask him that I am planning to change one of my subjects,how is this course that he is doing etc etc

lissen 2 me...enjoy yourself and dont always think about this guy...smile at him....thats all you need 2 get his attention...or even say hi...he is bound 2 come running 2 you...but try not 2 show him that you like him...until he starts getting desperate...then you can really say how you feel...i know it sounds cruel...but this is only how you can take the lead...unless he dosent...if he does take the lead first...hez a smart guy...and he deserves you

Don't just ask him on a date. If he hasn't thought about going out with you there's a good chance you'll scare him away. Try asking him if he wants to go to a concert,movie,etc with a group of friends. He'll figure out that you like pretty quick.

if you ever see him give him a little flirtatious smile or wave at him or say hi. but if you don't see him, try and talk to him out of school and stuff. just to let him know that you like him. but don't do anything you know youre going to regret.

you will find later in life how silly this question is, all you have to do is talk to him it might be your first time but it wont be your last,
so enjoy life when its this easy things just get more coplicated after school
