Lets say that during the rapture, a horrible spiteful criminal blaspheming atheist woman is pregnant with a zygote.

Does the zygote get doomed to hell also?

Well first of all our sin is what condemns us. Children are never condemned, Jesus said for such is the kingdom of heaven. If you do not convert to such as one of these little ones you shall in no wise enter into heaven.
Second if someone never hears the word of God they will be judged by their works, good or bad. Not all go straight to hell if they never heard the word of God, God is a Just God.
If they hear the word of God and reject it then they will be condemned or God becomes a liar, He will not hold back on any one,not even you or those who come here to mock.
Third there will two resurrections, then one more short time with Satan after 1000 years then the second death.
Jesus saves us from our sin in that we become forgiven and are passed from judgment, we must over come any sin. The Holy Ghost will help us.
God Bless you. Thanks for not being a mean person in your question. it was a good question.

There was only one innocent person that ever existed. You see, GOD has declared that the wages or the price we pay for sin is to be eternally separated from Him. This is eternal death and those that face it face an eternity in hell because GOD made humans to live forever and we will in one place or the other. I just answered another question and my answer to that question will help explain this one too so here it is: If we just baked a bunch of cookies and sat them on the table and told our kids not to touch them or they would suffer a specific punishment, we may well know that one of our kids will take some of these cookies anyway while another may not do so. Did we make that child take the cookies or did we know them well enough that we knew that child would disobey? The good news is that GOD knew we would sin but He already planned a way for us to escape the punishment for this sin...eternal separation from Him. Now back to the cookies. Suppose the punishment was for the child to go without supper but you knew he was hungry so to satisfy the penalty you tell him that YOU would go without supper so that he could eat supper. The penalty is satisfied yet the child was sparred the payment of it. This is exactly what God did...HE took OUR place so that we can have eternal life with HIM. ABp Dr. Anderson You said you believe there are many paths to heaven. Do you mean that someone does not have to trust Jesus for salvation? That they can trust another god? If so....did Jesus lie when He said: I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

No, because the baby is innocent. Babies and children are innocent (99% of the time, I"ve met some very evil little kids). However, I dont' believe in the Rapture, but those that do know that the unborn, and the very young are innocent in the eyes of the Lord.

This must be "Let's Come Up with the Silliest Hypothetical Question about the Rapture" Day.

In the Pre-Tribulation view of the Rapture, only believers are removed from the earth. So she stays here, and the child (being unaccountable for its sins) goes to Heaven.

God does not condemn children who haven't reached the age of accountability. Those innocent children, babies etc. who don't know the difference between right and wrong, and what is a sin and what is righteous. Unborn babies are protected by God as well.

Our flesh is temporary, but the soul is what God protects of the innocent children. Praise the Lord!

If god raptures zygotes, what about 1 year olds? Is everyone prior to the "age of accountablity" sucked into heaven, and if so, is god responsible for the collapse of the pre-school economy?

well, maybe zygotes go to heaven (as what kind of consciousness one can only guess) but according to the Bible the Bible god didn't put much value on a human that was under 5 years old. so it's doubtful he puts much value on a zygote if a 5 year old boy is only worth 5 shekels, girl toddlers are worth even less.

Lev 27:6 And if [it be] from a month old even unto five years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female thy estimation [shall be] three shekels of silver.

The zygote is doomed to be born a human.

You need to read your Bible and quit listening to what your mom or preacher is telling you. The book of Revelation (from where most people think the rapture comes from) is figurative. THERE IS NO RAPTURE. "It is appointed unto men to die once, then the judgment."
