Hey I was just wondering....when you bake muffins.....do you have to use the muffin pan? I have misplaced my muffin pan but i have baking cups. I have ones with foil and it says that you don't need to use a muffin pan but i also have the ones ones that are just paper and i'm not sure if you can just pour the batter into it and bake......can anyone help me?

If you have the baking cups with a tin foil outer lining, then you are good to go! Place them on a flat baking pan, fill 2/3 full and bake according to the directions - enjoy!

You could fill the cups and place them all on a cookie sheet,
but I've neard of that method being successful or tried. It might work. Or you could go to Safeway (Does your city have at least one such grocery store?) and buy a set of foil muffin pans. The set is at least 2 pans, maybe 4 and the muffin papers are included. I did that twice in the year that just passed.

As long as you are using the foil ones, you don't need a muffin pan, just make sure you place them on a cookie sheet.

The foil baking cups would work better than the paper ones. You might want to place them on a baking sheet too, before putting them in the oven.

I have never done this specifically, but I do know for a fact that they will bake outwards to the sides. So they will come out oddly shaped. Also, trying placing them closely together, almost packed tightly. Each foil cup will act as a barrier so each doesn't bake sideways as much.

i admire cakes! For some reason although I continually pictured having tea with the muffin guy and the female in the shoe. i do no longer understand...It might desire to be a early life resourceful and prescient that caught with me.
