Do an actions charades game. My "Sesame Street" magazine had cards with elmo doing each thing but you could cut photos out of old magazines.
Kicking a ball was too easy.
Frame it as things that people do to show they love someone.
Hugging
Kissing (blowing a kiss)
cooking
cleaning
sweeping
making lunches
helping
and so on.
Or, you could try using a camcorder, or mic and tape recorder from a thrift store, and have them all get dressed up or play dress up then record each kid singing a song (and doing a show for the group) afterwards you play it back (choose love songs like the Barney song, "I love the Mountains" or he's got the whole world in his hands for V-day.
Maybe you could tap on a drum, or assistant could. They could also do little raps or poems instead. :-)
