i used to say something that was twice as hurtful back but he would then come back with something really evil so now i just knock him out

Hurt and betrayed... how can someone you love speak to you like this? I react by going for a long walk to clear my head. I never say anything in the heat of the moment as I know I'll regret it later.

If it was really hurtful, I start crying immediately, I can't help it... I'll try to hold it back, but it just happens.. and then I don't talk to him until I'm not mad anymore.

I usually cry or get angry and say something hurtful back.
Otherwise I just walk away and give him time to cool off, later he will come and apologize and we'll talk about it.

I bash them with a shovel until they say UNCLE!!!!, or sorry....
Or if I want to throw the guilt trip on the I urinate/or bowel movement (depending on which needs done at the time) in my pants and lay in the floor in it crying...

..i take a deep breath and count to 10.....if i am still mad/hurt, i will take another deep breath and count to 100.....and if the feeling still persists.......i will scratch his eyes out..! ! !...
