Is difficult, don't wait until that Visa expires because that would make everything more complicated. I recommend you talk to immigration or an attorney to do things right. (You have to get on the line like thousands of people)
Is good you are asking, is only that this is not the best spot to do it, (just look at the mean answers ; ) Good Luck!

The only way you can do anything of that sort if you overstay on a tourist visa, is if you marry a US Citizen. But then you have to prove that you entered the US with the intent to not overstay or get married. You're case would stick out to USCIS, and if you are found to be committing fraud, be prepared to be in big trouble. To do this is called Adjustment of Status. Its complicated, but it is possible.

Go back to where you came from and apply through the correct channels like everyone else ....do the right thing.
If you have overstayed you did it on purpose you would have had a very clear understanding of when your visa expired so you are now illegal and in breach of several immigration laws.
taxpayers have got better things to spend there money on than wasting it on people like yourself who are motivated purely for selfish reasons and do the wrong thing.
Thousands of people enter the USA legally and abide by the rules, they earn the priveledges that go with that ...so Missy why do you think you are so special as to be treated differently???

You can't get either and don't really need them. You're supposed to be goi/have gone home. I'll ping your connection; once I locate you, I'll call BCIS/ICE to come get you for deportation. If you want to stay in the USA and work etc, get an appropriate visa when you apply at a US immigration office.

You can't. When your tourist visa expires, just go home.

Impossible. You need to leave the US and re-apply for a visa to come back. Your chances are slim!

You can't. A tourist visa is for...TOURISTS. Not people who plan to stay here. Go back where you came from.

You can't unless someone files a petition for you and claims you. They don't just hand out SS#'s or residency.
