I don't think anyone has tried it. It's not easy. The channel crossings are not very difficult. You just have to make special arrangements with maybe commercial ferries to carry your car over. The dangerous parts are through vast lands with no water, food or fuel.

I will spare you the sarcasm, and assume that your question is not a joke. Japan is an island, so you can't exactly drive there. So is England by the way.

I don't think you could just drive like that, since they're separated by ocean...unless you have an amphibian car.
