I know they can be used for the top of a pot pie, but I would like a bottom crust also. Anyone know how this could be done?

Just take them out and lay individually on the bottom& up the sides of your pie plate & kind of press them together lightly.

just stretch the biscuits out and make them flat and keep them close together so you won't have any gaps or holes. Another thing you can use is two pie crusts, you know from the frozen section, one for the top and one for the bottom.. I believe bisquick works too.

They say to unroll them and just line the bottom of your dish with them...bake according to the directions for the pot pie, usually at 350 for about 30 minutes

Just lay them out closely then roll with a rolling pin and put in your pie plate

i'm afraid it will just be soggy bread, maybe you should roll it out some a brown it a bit first. I still think it will be soggy, but good luck
