In the US:

Whatever you want. Pharmacy, like most of the graduate medical field schools, doesn't require specific majors. They could care less, as long as you take the courses they require.

Pharm school is another 4 years after you finish your undergrad.

Well 1st of all could be a scientist or a doctor if they know alot in the medical field and bein a pharmacist you would know most of that imformation

You need a bachelors degree or atleast a diploma in Pharmacy to be a pharmacist in India. I believe it is the same in other countries as well. B.Pharm or D.Pharm
