Lung cancer (causes death), the lungs are basically destroyed (they become deformed and black from the tar), smokers are usually out of shape (they can't work out well because their lungs are basically destroyed and breathing is difficult), teeth turn yellow from the nicotine, bad breath, and nicotine is an addictive drug that attacks the brain and is what makes it so hard to quit (trying to quit smoking is equal to trying to quit drugs like coccaine).
