All good experiences with ups. Whether it is next day, two day or standard. And trust me, we use them a lot! The only one I would not reccommend using, and I refuse to use is DHL. NEVER had an experience with them that was anything less than horrible.

Define good. On time? Expense?
A little pricey, around $19, but generally good with the exception of some customers complaining that UPS ground doesn't seem to be able to find them once the package is picked up at the airport. Once there is a problem, customer service is not at its best apparently. See complaints dot com and put in UPS in the search. Those seem to be the things most complained about.

You know how FedEx brags that they're always on time? That's still not as good as UPS: they're always on time, if not early. I've never had a bad experience with UPS. I get medication shipped from Chicago to my home in NYC every 4 weeks or so, and it has to stay cold. There are always ice packs, and it's never damaged or anything. And they're never late, either.

Never had a problem with 2nd Day Air. Always seems to be a great service.

I use ups all the time at my work place and they do a very good job at getting the package to you on time

They pick up on time and they deliver on time, and they do not trash your stuff like other companies do.
