I get stomach aches when I takes exams too, but mainly when I'm just stressed. Just take a deep breath, and try to think that you are not stressed out.

i used to have the same problem. it's most likely from stress. i found that i was stressing WAY too much when i was taking an exam. i'm not sure if i was nervous that i wasn't prepared enough or what, but i tried some stress-reducing techniques and they helped a lot.

the best thing i can recommend is to get started on your studying ahead of time, and as you are presented the material throughout the course, use critical thinking to understand what's being presented rather than trying to just memorize it. make sure it makes sense to you, and if it doesn't, ask questions. ignore the kids in your class that say it's a stupid question, because the only "stupid" question is the one that goes un-asked. by the time the test rolls around, the only studying you'll need to do is a brief review of your notes, and maybe work out a few examples (depending on the subject). feeling well prepared and confident that you will do well on the exam will help relieve stress dramatically. if you're still stressed out, whenever you get to your class, sit down, close your eyes, and take deep slow breaths and just think about something other than the exam for a few minutes. when i do this, the first breath alone helps calm me down a LOT. it will make you feel more relaxed and help with the stomach aches as well. hope this helps you.

You just get really stressed. Try to spend a few minutes on the exam day and try to clear your mind. Go to a quiet room. Sit and close your eyes. Just take slow deep breaths. Just concentrate on breathing deeply and clear your mind. You'll operate better with a clear head too.

Assuming that you already have decent grades so cut yourself some slack it's an exam not the end of the world. Take time to study and know that you are prepared and you will do well

Breath slowly and eat a yogurt in the morning or at lunch prior to an exam - the yogurt will calm your stomach and you will be able to focus better-cheese works too!

It's due to anxiety. Take a run around the block to get rid of the energy. Or walk up a huge flight of stairs at school a couple of times. it really helps.
