This isn't a very specific question.
How much fat was on the bacon? What brand of bacon did you use?
What type of oil was used in the frying pan to fry the eggs? Did you use the bacon grease? What kind of eggs did you use, x-large eggs, large, medium, small, tiny?
How big were the scoops of grits? Did you add anything in to the grits? Was salt used?
1 hashbrown?! Where I come from, they were made using small cuts of potatos, so 1 hasbrown was less than a 1" cube. What did you use to fry the hasbrowns? Bacon grease? What kind of potatos were used? How big was the potato?
I would say at least 500 calories were consumed in that meal. Mostly which came from the 5 slices of bacon.
