As people have said above, it could be a number of things.
You may just not be getting enough rest.
Some illnesses that cause lack of sleep are Mono, Pneumonia, Depression, and Anxiety.
Talk to your doctor right away.
P.S;;
If you have trouble getting to sleep, I suggest buying (or burning) a CD that contains relaxing sounds, like nature or something.
Play it (quietly but loud enough that you can hear it) each time when your trying to go to sleep, I put mine on repeat so it goes on throughout the night.
It helps me a lot!

Did you ever have Glandular Fever, if so this can cause chronic fatique even years after recovery. If so get a liver function test, I am not a doctor but know this from family experience and also what I have read in very reliable literature. Good luck.

there are any number of reasons for ongoing fatigue, from clinical depression to obstructive sleep apnea, from coronary artery disease to poor sleep habits. If you really want to know why you personally are tired all the time, I suggest you talk things over with your doctor.

Is something going on in your life? Changes? job, family, lifestyle? Chronic fatigue? Depression? Taking on too much? It can be any number of things. You don't mention how long it's been going on!
