Isn't that logically imbalanced?

People claim that god saved them from cancer, that god blesssed them with a beautiful child, that god let them pass math class, and that god made them rich.

But they never question why the same god let the Holocaust happen under his supervision, why abraham lincoln was shot to death, why there are growing suicide rates in certain countries, or why hundreds of children starve to death every day?

I always wondered this to.

Say in sports, the winning team always contributes the victory to God, but what about the losing team?

You never hear, "God made us lose the game" or "God made me fumble..."

Why might God characteristic issues to Himself that are no longer of Him? He does not condone rape or theft, or, for that rely, any sinful action, so why could He take the blame? God is nice, so while something particularly good occurs, you be attentive to that's basically a risk because of the fact he's genuine.

We do ask where God was, but he was working. Think back to the Halocaust. IF God was not present, then there would have been no groups of people working to help smuggle the Jews out, or people fighting to stop Hitler. We'd have just sat back and let them die. God may not show up in a golden glow of glory, but he reveals himself in the little ways. I had an uncle who died fighting in WW2, and I have never once blamed God for his death, nor has my family. Not because we only want to give God credit for the good, but because he was there for a good reason and God was with him. He helped save many lives, and in him, that was where God was during the Halocaust.

God allows everything to happen for a reason. God gives Satan certain latitudes as far as he world is concerned. Why did God allow the Holocaust? I don't know. All I know is when the U.S. took prayer out of school it started the U.S on a downhill slide. A little Bible a little Freedom A lot of Bible a lot of freedom.

" GOD " always was and created everything. ALL things come from Him. Satan, the one blamed for all the EVIL in this world also came from God. Satan was a part of God before material things were created. Satan was a part of God BEFORE God said " let there be light". The Light seperated the good pleasent things from the evil things " IN " God. Same thing we are to do.........Seperate and destroy evil in us. The Evil one is what causes all the pain, sorrow, and destruction.

Christians, if they bother to respond, will haul out the free will argument. This could explain many of your issues.

However, it does not explain why god created parasites that burrow through the soles of children's feet, work their way to their eyes, and make them blind. It does not explain why god created Alzheimer's disease that turns a caring human being into a drooling zombie who can not even recognize his wife and does it slowly so that in his more lucid moments he knows exactly what is happening. It doesn't explain why god created volcanoes and earthquakes which kill millions when plate tectonics is unnecessary in a world which will last only a few thousand years.

Why Christians worship someone like this is beyond me.

God only writes the genetic code up to the
point where water shows up.
After that, species are on their own.
Mankind has a free will. Thus, things go
wrong from time to time.
However, if we keep hammering away with a
positive effort, God's blessings find us.

Keep the faith.

God is only capable of doing good. Now, don't twist my words and tell me 'then God isn't omnipotent'. God is perfect and just and can only do what's right. However, Satan does rule this earth for the time being, and he is capable of doing great evil.
