Working in any country illegally is a minefield.
If caught he will be extradited unless he can claim refugee status, ( hey coming from Canada he may have a case! lol).
As to never being allowed back , i dont believe that. Not unless he is a fugitive, has a record or commits a crime while illegal.
If he applies properly next time then they will process his application without prejudice.
I must admit Authorities are starting to get piiissed with illegals, it ties up a lot of resources and wastes money that could be better spent.
Get this guy to do the right thing and go back to Canada before he gets caught and have him apply properly............. then nobody has anything to worry about and there is no issues..

Yes he will be deported back to Canada, and then if he applys for a Visa, he will probably be denied. Best to do things legally. It takes up to 2 years for any Canadian to get a work Visa to move to the States and work

Yes he can be deported. He may be allowed back to the states, but I don't know how long it would take.

That is true, the problem is catching them. An awful lot of people have lived here for decades illegally and never been caught!

Depends on the immigration judge...and his/her mood that day (that is how it was explained to me by an immigration officer when my fiancee was waiting for his deportation hearing). He is now not allowed back in the US for 10 years.....
Good luck!

yes if he worked here without a work permit or legal docs. it does not matter if your canadian. canada is tougher than the usa on this . far tougher. go to www.uscis.gov to learn more or www.usa.gov if he broke the law he will be sent back when caught.
