DEFINITELY NOT PLATINUM!
Go for the honey tones, or dirty blondes. The problem with platinum is that it just doesn't look natural. As highlights, it ends up looking like a skunk sometimes. Unless your whole head was dyed this color, its definitely a "no-no"
