the only solution is exercise. This could be because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Try exercising all parts of your body. It also sometimes is due to disuse atrophy. Consult a doctor if it persists. You can also look for information in the web. I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html

Try taking up walking. Or buy an elliptical machine. This will strengthen your back. I have had 5 surgeries on my neck/back area, and I exercise to relieve the pain

Work on strengthening your abs and/or your core muscles to help strengthen your back. Try yoga or pilates. Also medical massage therapy to help ease your current back pain. Best wishes!

I reccomend that you streth daily in teh mornings and at night, it should bnot be strenous and should not be more than 5 minutes. Try breathing out as you lean forward and in when you stretch back upright. Also i would reccomend a regular massage treatment, by a very good and capable professional, at least twice a month.
Take care of your back as it holds you togther !!

More than likely, it is one of two causes, and neither of them is weak back muscles, oddly enough.
Weak stomach muscles force the back muscles to work harder to stabilize the trunk. They also allow the back muscles to pull the spine out of alignment, adding to the pain.
The second leading cause is tight hamstrings.
A simple stretching and abdominal workout will do wonders to avoiding back pain.

if you have had sex within the last two months then you could be pregnant, however you could also have gas ( sucks but it can hurt like hell) or you may be "popping an egg" in which case you should start your period soon (within a week.) however if pain persists then go to your doctor, they will know more than you or me.
