A curling wand is better because an iron has a clip that leaves dents in your hair and limits your styles. A curling wand gets you any curly or wavy style as long as you use the right technique. You just wrap a section of hair around the barrel, hold and then release. Its way faster and the curls last longer too. The best one is the karmin clipless curling iron (its a wand), it makes the best curls ever and they last for ages. Make sure you always use a heat protectant before you curl though!

When they curl it they are thinking and When the flip it it is like flirting or a habit or there hair in there face(lol) Well that is what i do it for or because i am nervous

It can be rather something connected with feeling sleepy or trying to stay awake. Notice drivers at night: when you start to touch your head or curl hairs with the finger, it is time to stop. yawning and touching the head is last activity that could keep you awake, so when you start doing it, you really need sleep. Same with children.

its usually a habit. they curl most of the time because they are thinking of something. i fling it when i feel happy and good. at least tahts what i do

flirting. sometimes they dont do it on purpose theyre just doing it. (for exammple if they see an attractive guy)
i do it when i flirt i think. but i also just do it when im bored, and when im nervus.
also...the flipping...sometimes our hair can get in the way, hence flipping it out of the way.
