Sure!! It is not the "old days" where women have nothing to do with anything. Do it, in my opinion most guys are afraid of rejection and will never muster up the courage to ask the girl out, therefore it will not happen until it is too late. The worst he could say is no right?

I don't! I was told by my family not to ask a boy out. It does suck some times becuase most of the guys I do like are used to girls asking them out and I'm not used to doing that. Hey, if you are confident why not but it's hard for me.

There is a common misconception that guys always have to be the on eto ask for a date, but that should not always be the case. There is nothing wrong with a girl asking a guy out. If you really want something just go for it.

Absolutely, but! ask him out and offer to pay for it "all" sometimes finances keep guys from asking out girls. By asking him out and expecting him to pay could and probably would put and undue stress on the beginning of what could become a really good thing.

Most men actually say that they would be thrilled to have a girl ask them out. Women tend to forget that men get nervous when asking a girl out and unfortunately, it's generally up to them to do the asking.

Yea, I know I personally asked someone out. I think if a girl likes a guy she shouldn't wait! She SHOULD tell him what she thinks. I made the mistake of waiting and then this guy moved and I was crushed.

I wouldn't do it. It's not about whether we live in the stone ages or not. It's about basic male attributes. Men like to be the chasers. It's up to women to maintain the role of being caught when we want to be caught. In my humble opinion, you can let a guy know that you are interested, but I would leave it to him to ask you out.

It is right but sometimes it feels awkward doing so. I mean I feel awkward when asking a boy out but it is perfectly fine.
