Yes, they do grow back. One should never lose too many eye lashes though at once, that is not normal. I have attached a link to help out and back my answer.

lashes do grow, at a very slow rate. But if you lose lashes, depending on the reason, they may not grow back.

Of course they do. Haven't you ever had an eyelash fall out. If eyelashes never grew back you would't have any by the time you were six.

Yes, but not like they were before. I had a close friend who used to pull hers out as a habit. They grew back, but were shorter than when they were before she started pulling them out.

I think if they naturally fall out they grow back but I went to school with this very strange girl and back in 7th grade she plucked all of her eyelashes out and they never came back! It was very freaky looking!!!

A FEW YEARS AGO I BURNED MINE OFF, AND THEY GREW BACK CUZ I HAVE EM NOW, THEY ARE JUST SHORTER THAN THE OTHER EYE
