When I was a kid, I was introduced to putting a bag of salty peanuts in a bottle of Coca-Cola. I still do it today. Have you ever tried it? What do you think about the taste?

Do you know of anything simular to this, or something unusual you put together that would be considered strange?

Like balogna and banana with mayo sandwich!!!

Hey, I love your answers. I've had the French Fries in my chocolate shake, pretzels in ice cream, love chocolate with popcorn at the movies, but I haven't tried half and half or vanilloa in milk. I do have a glass of milk with hazelnut Cream Mate with toast in the mornings. Yuuuum! I will try the others though. Since Dr. Pepper is my favorite soda I definitely will try my peanuts in it!

Jimmy, I made the Noodle Junk last night. Looks gross, but tastes great!

OK Sunshine, we may be dumb, but not that far gone. Mentos in Diet Coke? Come on! LOL

I'm from TN. but spent my life traveling around the world. AND believe me, I have eaten things that mould make a buzzard sick. So remember, when in Rome, do and EAT like the Romans do!

I put peanuts in Dr. Pepper, never done it with Coke though. Might be something that I'll try cause I bet it's awesome! As for my own contraption of food? I LOVE what i call a Noodle Junk (and you should try it some day):

First you cook a box of Macaroni and Cheese like you are about to eat it (drain it, mix the stuff together)

Then you cook a can of peas and drain it.

Pour the peas in the macaroni ALONG WITH a can of tuna

Throw in three or four slices of cheese and stir it up.

THEN EAT THAT JUNK UP!!!! HELL YEAH!!!

It's that sweet/salty taste that is so good. Did it when I was kid. Also liked getting the Spanish peanuts and those little small jelly beans out of the vending machines and eating them together. Could get a really big hand full with about 3 nickels.

When I was a kid it was dr pepper and peanuts. But I've upgraded now and since I can get both dr pepper and coke in a bottle I have both. I think the bottle make the taste of it. Another one when I was a kid was pepsi and milk half of each one in a glass. Another one was vanilla milk a teaspoon of vanilla in a glass's of milk and a spoon ful of sugar stir and drink.

lol, personally i have never done it but i remember my grandmother telling me about how back in the 40's all the kids at school used to do it, except they used Dr. Pepper instead of Coca-Cola, so i guess it must be a well known concoction.
