I got measured at a Victoria Secret's and the lady kept going back and forth from a B to a C....then she goes "B". I mean one is bigger than the other (breast i mean) So do i just go with what she told me or what?

It's a trial and error thing. Brasizes vary among manufacturers, there is no industry standard. I got measured at victoria's secret and they told me aI was a 36C, I am so not, not even in their sizes.
A proper fitting bra will sit straight across (except strapless ones) your back with out riding up or creating bulges. If it rides up you need a smaller band, if it creates bulges you need a bigger one. The straps should sit comfortably on your shoulders, if they slide off you either need a smaller cup or a different style, wider set straps can slide off of small shoulders.
The cups should be smoothe against your breast with out creating gaps or or bulges. If the underwire cuts into your side you need a bigger cup. The center section should be against your chest unless you have a deep-set sternum, but your breasts should never bulge into it.
If you have one breast significantly bigger then the other buy a bra to fit the bigger breast and then put a cookie or a gel insert into the smaller side.
A bra should be comfortable if it fits properly. You may find that some manufacturers are more comfortable then others because they better fit your body.

Sizes will vary among manufacturers (slightly) and different styles fit differently as well. Your best bet is to just go ahead and try on the bra you are interested in. Pick the size that fits best and is the most comfortable.

I would defer to Victoria's secret, as they know their bras.
It is common for one breast to be larger than another. Usually you go with the larger cup size, but try on both sizes to see which fits better.
And be glad you're endowed. I wish I were.

Just try the bras on before you buy them... like with clothing a bra by a different company will fit slightly different than another company even though its labeled the same size.

If you have a boyfriend, ask him what size you are. It is his job to know that sort of thing. Otherwise you can go by this simple rule: Less than a handfull - A, a full handfull -B, more than a handfull - C, Where did my hand go - D.
