Maybe a bit of impact glue on each piece, wait till touch tacky and clamp together. Leave till dry.
Worth a try! Good luck!

Baling wire

"Percussive maintenance" (pound on the darned thing).

Jiggle the wires a little bit.

Computers: Wait thirty minutes on the help line phone and when they finally take you off hold, suddenly it will start working.

Use chewing gum to hold it together.

Plug it in.

Turn the "on" switch on.

And, my all-time favorite: go buy another one and suddenly the busted one will start working again.
