It depends. But as long as your hair is really clean, you should be good. But the girl I like is a blonde.

both, it really depends on you. if ur a person of colour then i would say brown hair looks better but if ur white/caucasion then both is fine for me. personally i like any hair colour other than red. if you dont know what colour to go with why dont u try layers of both..

if you are dark skinned and naturally brunette, do not dye your hair blonde
if you are light and blonde do not dye your hair dark
example: cameron diaz looks rediculous with very dark brown hair
