There's no guarantee that flirting will get him to like you, but it will at least let him know that you're interested and then he can take the next step if he wants to. :)

Just show off ur stuff and talk to him. Be ur self and nothin more. oh, and also, be sure to show off ur clevage and he's urs. If he doesn't like u, then move on. Not everyone is going to like u for who u r. Its a fact of life. But u can never be more than just urself and show off ur stuff while doing that.

1) When he's looking at you, look at him for a few seconds, then turn you head down (or wherever) and smile
2) Smile at him
3) When you're talking to him, lean forward (towards him)-that will give him the signal you're interested

find out what he is interested in and talk to him about those things. you'll immediately be bumped up in his book. making eye contact is big, too.
