If you can go to Brooklyn go to the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens.
in the city proper....
any and all of the museums are really beautiful, if art isn't your thing -
You could take her to the Roxy and propose on Rollerskates.
or The Empire state building - or the top of the Rock - Rockefeller Center - they are both open late at night until 9 or 10 at least.
if you want a large audience you could go to Grand Central Station.
if you want to do it in a resturant I suggest the Soho Grand.
Way cool place.

See if one of the plays on Broadway would let you go up in front of the audience on stage to ask her before it's time for the production to begin... or maybe they could read a message from you after the curtain calls...

; ) She'd get a kick out of that!!


You could ask her at the top of the Empire State Building or Statue of Liberty!

(I personally would like the Broadway idea better!)
