I plan to get a tat on my foot right above the big toe, the no smoking sign without the cigarette because I don't like feet, but I also want to get something else. I haven't decided where to put it or what to get, I already have one on my the left side of my lower back and I'm trying to think of some original and interesting ideas before I decide any further. Creative help!?

Just kidding, jot down a few of your favorite thing. Animals, pxlants, whatever, size requirxemexnts and location that you want the piece. Let the artist create sxomething for you. If you don't lxike his design, you don'xt have tox get itx.x..

Very few things are truly original because someone has probably done it before you, but its all in how you present the tattoo and how well its done.
For some inspiration, look around ratemyink.com I'm sure you'll also see plenty of things you shouldn't do too.

Whatever you do, just remember to make the tattoo your own, stealing someones tattoo is just not cool and not really that great. Over time, good ideas will come to you. Just don't rush it.

honestly.... there are very few original ideas left out there. almost everything has been done. so the best thing for you to do is to think real hard about yourself your personality and your life. you don't necessarily have to get something that "means" something to you but it is a starting point. the foot tattoo is a funny idea. i'll tell you about my tattoos for instance.
the first tattoo in 2006 that i got is a koi. i'm asian so i decided to go with that theme. i had wanted one for probably three years or more. they symbolize good luck. they struggle up the waterfall of life and once they reach the top (heaven) they turn into a dragon. lotus flowers also are considered to be lucky and they also struggle up from the bottom to surface in the water and are so beautiful once they emerge.

i got a skull on the top of my right foot, not to be morbid or "trendy" but because it conveys the raw emotion that i felt when my coach in high school was murdered. and also when a friend in college died in a car wreck. i never got to really say goodbye to either of those people. so the skull is a memorial to them and it is to remind me that death is just around the corner and i should make every minute count.

my newest tattoo is on top of my left foot. it is in honor of my family heritage. my mom was born in korea but never knew her birth mother because of... racism basically. so i got a takeout box with traditional korean art on and around it. and i got a fortune cookie because i love them so much. this tattoo means the world to me because it is a part of me, my mother and my grandmother whom i have never met.

Well I thought it would be neat to have dragon scales going down your spine starting at the nape of your neck all the way down to your lower back in orange and green, but that's just me. I think it would look wicked.

My chum has a giraffe tattooed on her leg, it really is so lovable... perchance if to procure a group of little animals like lions, giraffe, zebra, cheetah, etc all strolling round in a circle round your wrist or tummy or something? :)

Make it colorful! Colorful tattoos are GORGEOUS on women and color helps to make a tattoo more unique and stand out. Take your time and make a good choice tho.
